BREATHING ADVICE FOR COUGH AND COLD

DYNAMIC MEDITATION

1. Breathe deep through the nose.

2. Exhale through the nose.

3. Hold breathe outside and make a ” Hu Hu Hu” sound through the mouth.

4. Again breathe deep through the nose.

Note: Practice 5 – 10 minutes twice or thrice daily.
